WHAT TO EXPECT
We have developed a customized and practical curriculum that was borne after a-5-year in-depth needs analysis of the non-profit sector. Our curriculum focus on the development of sustainability acumen and soft skills which are necessary for aspiring and existing nonprofit leaders.
We work with you to strengthen your organization's concepts and understanding through coaching, and mentorship around philanthropy, social or impact entrepreneurship, impact modeling, financial management, marketing, leadership, negotiation, and personnel management.
Right after the residential event, fellows like you will be assigned to personalized and open-minded mentors that will offer expert advice and closely monitor growth and scale.
Our easy-to-go mentors will offer founders human-centered ideas and perspectives to enable them identify gaps in existing systems.
We do not just give you a one-time fund and go off. We understand market scenarios can be very different and challenging.
This is why we will be providing deserving founders with funds for multiple years. Not only do we manage the disbursement, but we also monitor the utilization of the funds against milestones and report your impact to a wide range of investors and communities.
