Service Description
Social impact relates to the long-term positive changes for individuals, communities, and society that result from activities or services provided by development-sector organizations. Measuring social impact is becoming an increasingly important area for non-profit organizations (who are running Programmes that address social challenges), and the funders and networks that support them. Donors and funders often expect project-implementing agencies or fund recipients to measure the impact or the change they bring for any project interventions. It is therefore important for foundations, NGOs, CSOs and SEs to be able to effectively measure the impacts of their intervention programs. This will ensure stakeholder accountability, trust, and confidence. Some non-profit organizations are unable to perform effective social impact measurement because, it is not properly understood. As such, these project implementing bodies sometimes do not ensure proper project accountability during and after implementations. In light of the fact that, development partners now than ever before, demand evidencing-results for every currency note spent on any form of intervention. Therefore social impact measurement must be given a top-most priority by non-profit organizations. In this course, you will learn everything you need to design and implement great project. monitor and evaluate and share change results.
